What we have been doing from the past to the present is:
1. We develop a set of knowledge to enhance skills for individuals with special needs of all ages, based on anthroposophical principles, adapted to the Thai social and cultural context.
2. We provide a space for families and caregivers to provide learning opportunities for individuals with special needs.
สิ่งที่เราลงมือปฏิบัติจากอดีตถึงปัจจุบัน คือ
1. ชุดความรู้เพื่อเพิ่มทักษะสำหรับบุคคลพิเศษทุกช่วงวัย ภายใต้หลักการมนุษยปรัชญา โดยปรับให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทสังคมไทย
2. เราเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับครอบครัวและผู้ดูแล ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ให้กับบุคคลพิเศษ

Desicion of building a community
เริ่มตัดสินใจทำชุมชน
We established a community in Muak Lek because it belongs to our family. We initially invited groups of parents who were interested in developing individuals with special needs. Moreover, we invited relevant lecturers to deliver knowledge to the community members regularly.
เราเลือกทำชุมชนที่มวกเหล็ก เพราะเป็นพื้นที่ของครอบครัว โดยเริ่มชักชวนกลุ่มพ่อแม่ที่ให้ความสนใจจะพัฒนาบุคคลพิเศษไปในทิศทางเดียวกันกับเรา โดยเราเชิญวิทยากรที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในและต่างประเทศมาให้ความรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
2018-2021
Started launching curative education courses and going on a voyage.
เริ่มทำหลักสูตร Curative Education และออกเดินทาง
We started launching curative education courses under a name of 'Caretaker Thailand' for the community members, by inviting an instructor from Camphill Academy USA for the first time. FRIENDs Community Team went on a voyage to gain more knowledge and inspiration to what we were doing via a meeting at Goetheanum, Switzerland, a meeting of World Congress for Person with Disabilities in Russia, a visit to Camphill Vietnam and joining the World Camphill Movement in Vietnam (TTG The Peaceful Bamboo Family).
เราเริ่มทำหลักสูตร Caretaker Thailand (Curative Education) ให้กับสมาชิกในชุมชน โดยเราเชิญวิทยากรจาก Camphill Academy USA เป็นรุ่นที่ 1 และทางทีมผู้บริการและครูได้เดินทางเพื่อศึกษาเชิงลึกที่ Goetheanum, Switzerland และเข้าร่วมการประชุมคนพิเศษโลก ที่ประเทศรัสเซีย และ เยี่ยมเยียนชุมชน Camphill, รวมถึงร่วมประชุม World Camphill Movement ที่ประเทศเวียดนาม

During the pandemic

This was a time when we utilized our skills and knowledge to create a life rhythm for individuals with special needs in our therapeutic community (8 families), which resulted in the management team and teachers gaining expertise from real-world experience and resulted in us developing our own community curriculum called the Caretaker Parents Model.
ช่วงโควิด เป็นช่วงเวลาที่เราใช้ทักษะและความรู้ที่มีสร้างวิถีชีวิตของบุคคลพิเศษในชุมชนบำบัด (8 ครอบครัว) ซึ่งส่งผลให้ทีมผู้บริหารและครูเกิดเป็นความชำนาญจากประสบการณ์จริง และส่งผลให้เราพัฒนาหลักสูตรของชุมชนเอง ชื่อว่า Caretaker Parents Model

We have a team of instructors and have begun to disseminate information and knowledge on the development of adults with special needs to interested agencies or organizations. We have created a system for developing personnel who can work professionally, expanding to create therapeutic communities.
ปัจจุบันเรามีทีมผู้สอนและเริ่มเผยแพร่ข้อมูลและให้ความรู้ในการพัฒนาบุคคลพิเศษวัยผู้ใหญ่ให้กับหน่วยงานหรือองค์กรที่สนใจ เรามีการสร้างระบบพัฒนาบุคลากรที่สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมืออาชีพ ขยายผลให้เกิดชุมชนบำบัดขึ้นมา
